About this role
We are looking for a Website Developer with good experience in JS, HTML, and CSS to build and maintain company websites. You will work as part of a team of designers and developers. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to not only managing the website but also continuously enhancing it in all aspects. What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain company websites.

  • Investigate and resolve (or recommend solutions for) production issues.

  • Implement Figma designs accurately.

  • Work within a specified design system.

  • Implement optimized and readable code.

  • Proactively enhance website performance and user experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions.

  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements

What Are We Looking For?

  • Good knowledge of web development using JavaScript, HTML & CSS.

  • Experience in the following technologies: Tailwind CSS, AstroJS, Strapi CMS, AlpineJS

  • Basic understanding of the following software tools is preferred: Ahrefs, Pingdom Tools, Page Insights

  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Stable internet connection.


What would be good to have experience in?
  • Experience in GitHub is a plus.

  • Background in WordPress and HubSpot is a plus.

  • Background in Google Marketing Platform and SEO is a plus.

  • Online portfolio / published websites are a plus.
