Marketing Manager

Job description

ShortPoint is looking for an experienced and self-driven marketing manager to join our marketing team. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new product marketing strategies and building our marketing function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy (i.e. pricing, advertising, product launching) and execute a marketing plan in line with the company's brand development strategy.

  • Plan, develop, implement and monitor the results of Google AdWords and brand awareness campaigns.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing ROI and successfully develop cost-effective solutions.

  • Oversee all digital functions such as SEO, Social Media, CRM, Customer Acquisitions and work with various marketing channels such as landing pages, ad campaigns, etc.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify business growth opportunities. 

  • To be actively involved in decision making i.e. Marketing budget allocation, identification of new sales channels, scaling up marketing campaigns based on data analytics.

  • Develop and own all reporting and analysis of the online marketing function with weekly and monthly updates for the management team.

  • Collaborate with the product and design team to improve usability, design, content, and conversion of the company's website.

  • Collaborate closely with the brand, sales, and other functions to drive & ensure a uniformed execution of product offerings and scale our brand awareness through digital channels.

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position ShortPoint product.

  • Test marketing product features, releases, etc.

  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.

  • Create and execute marketing communication programs such as webinars, company newsletters, etc.

  • A/B testing of creatives/landing pages to drive in more conversions.

  • Gather existing and prospective customer's feedback to constantly evaluate our product and make improvements based on the feedback.


We Are Looking For

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in management roles within IT / Tech / B2B SAAS Industry.

  • Success track record as a marketing manager in B2B Product is a must.

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager.

  • Experience in market analysis.

  • Familiarity with product marketing tactics.

  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends).

  • Should be currently residing in UAE and available to join with a maximum time frame of four to six weeks.

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.

  • Having worked with US Companies would be an added advantage.

  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
